Free .gov trial

Start with your agency email.

Use your .gov email or a previously approved agency domain. Verify the PIN sent to your mailbox, then choose an available MuniMessage address and prepare your agency and contact details. Final trial activation is not open yet.

What happens next

Verification first. Organization control second.

The goal is a quick start for government users without creating an open-registration platform.

1

Confirm your agency mailbox

Enter the PIN sent to your government email address.

2

Create or join the agency

After verification, join your existing agency if self-onboarding is enabled, request access if it is restricted, or set up a new agency.

3

Establish administration

For a new agency, confirm its name, available MuniMessage address, and contact details, then complete the initial administrator setup. Joining an existing agency creates an ordinary member account.

4

Choose how coworkers join

New agency administrators choose enrollment rules. For restricted existing agencies, administrator approval sends an email link to continue enrollment.

MuniMessage plans

Start small. Expand when your agency needs more.

Every level keeps the same familiar messaging experience. Higher plans add broader administration, records access, interagency communication, identity integration, and deployment options. Pricing will be published separately.

No .gov domain?

Government organizations can still be considered.

Some legitimate public-sector and public-service organizations operate on other domains. Those organizations can use a separate verification path so MuniMessage can confirm eligibility before enabling access.

Two onboarding paths
✓

.gov organization
Verify the mailbox with a PIN, then join your agency, request access, or set up a new trial.

✓

Other government domain
Complete organization verification before users are admitted.
